Vienna Peace Conference

The first Austrian Peace Conference took place in Vienna,
on 10 and 11 June 1950, in the Large Concert Hall.

2100 delegated took part. They had been selected in the weeks before, out of 300 peace councils, in cities and enterprises. Numerous representatives of foreign peace movements had come. They came from Germany (East and West), France, Italy, Poland, Sweden, the Soviet Union, Czechoslovakia and Hungary
